Fat grafting is a great technique for a natural breast augmentation (using your own fat tissue as opposed to using silicone or saline breast implants). This patient (approximately 5’7″ and 130lbs) is very happy with her results.

This patient had a breast augmentation using fat transfer about a year ago.
I think it’s very important to take out the fat with a very small cannula which gives you very small fragments which can survive inside the tissue.
And then, what I also do is, I inject with a very small cannula, a very tiny cannula, and I inject right up against the skin.
Some people don’t think that there’s enough volume that you can inject by injecting right up close to the skin, but that is not true. I injected about 400 cc’s into each one of the breasts and, as you can tell, the feeling is completely normal. It doesn’t feel like an implant at all. There are no cysts, there is no hardness, these are completely natural breasts and the patient is very happy.
