The Breast augmentation, or Augmentation mammoplasty procedure, enlarges your breast. This can be done with either silicone or saline implants, as well as using your own fat. High profile implants can be used if the patient wants more upper pole fullness in the breast. Patients select their size and shape at the pre-op consult. Different sizes can also be used if their is breast asymmetry.

  • Breast lift (Mastopexy)

A Breast lift removes some of the skin and raises the nipple and breast tissue, which results in a lifting and firming of the breasts. It is typically performed as a bilateral procedure, but it can also be performed on one breast to achieve symmetry with the other breast following a reconstructive procedure.

  • Gynecomastia surgery (Male breast reduction)

Gynecomastia, also commonly referred to as *man boobs*, is an enlargement of breast tissue in men. Gynecomastia surgery, also referred to as *male breast reduction*, is one of the most popular cosmetic procedures requested by men. While some men requesting this surgery are overweight, many are not. The procedure can be performed under local or IV anesthesia and return to work is usually 1 week.

  • Breast reduction (Reduction mammaplasty)

Breast reduction, or Reduction mammaplasty, is a plastic surgery procedure that removes excess skin and fatty tissue, lifting the breasts and making them smaller. Because it’s commonly used to relieve pain associated with having large breasts, it is considered reconstructive surgery and is often covered by medical insurance.

  • Breast lift with implants

This procedure combines a Breast lift with a Breast augmentation in a single operative session. The lift is used to reposition the breast higher on the chest while the implant is used to give, or restore, upper pole fullness at the top of the breast. This procedure may be performed for cosmetic purposes, or as part of a reconstructive procedure.
